IMPORTANT – SEALING OF OUR ROADS

 

 

 

A&M Striping will begin to seal our roads on Monday, August 27th.  They will do one side of the road at a time.  They will start at the south end and will continue to do as much as they can till Lunch time.  After lunch they go back to where they started and they start the second coat.  All residents that are where the sealing is being done will have to put their cars across the street from there house on the easement off the road YOU CANNOT DRIVE on the newly sealed road for one day because you will drag the sealant onto your driveway and you will have black tire marks that will not come off.  The roads that they have sealed that day will be blocked off by cones.  When the cones are removed, which should be the next day, and the road will be safe to drive on again.

 

Both sides of the front entrance and 67th will be done at one time and the entrance and 67th Street will be blocked off. ALL RESIDENTS will need to use the Central or the South entrance.  Those residents living on 67th Street will need to park at the North Rec Center.
